Delicious recipe for how to make pasta at home



It is very difficult to find someone who doesn’t like pasta! To make pasta at home follow some simple steps. Everyone hates to go outside every time when they want to eat it. Get the recipe of pasta and try it at your home.

First of all gather all the ingredients for pasta including:
-          6 Oz whole wheat pasta
-          Olive oil – 2 teaspoon
-          Minced garlic cloves – 2
-          Small broccoli flowerets – 1 ½ cup
-          Diced zucchini – 1 ¼ cup
-          Diced medium bell pepper – 1
-          Sliced fresh mushrooms – 1 cup
-          Halved cherry tomatoes – 1 ½ cup
-          Oregano – ½ teaspoon
-          Basil – ¼ teaspoon
-          Shredded low fat mozzarella cheese – ¾ cup

Take a nonstick pan while pasta is cooking. Add olive oil and when it is hot add garlic cloves; broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, and cook till the vegetables become softer.  Now, add mushroom, tomatoes, oregano and basil. Reduce heat at medium - low and cook for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Toss the cheese on it and serve your homemade delicious pasta!

How to make yummy hot fudge pie at home?



Hot fudge pie….! Yummy… who do not love to eat hot fudge pie? Of course everyone do. Getting dessert like hot fudge pie is an amazing moment as the smell of it attracts everyone! Every time whenever you want to eat hot fudge pie you have to go outside and buy it from shop. It is bit boring to always go outside and purchase. Why not make it at home and enjoy?

Gather all the ingredients for making hot fudge pie.
-          Butter – ½ cup
-          Eggs – 4
-          White corn syrup – 3 tablespoon
-          Unsweetened baking chocolate – 3(1 oz each) squares
-          Sugar -  1 ½ cups
-          Salt – ¼ teaspoon
-          Vanilla – 1 teaspoon
-          Unbaked pie shell – 1 9 inch

Take butter and baking chocolate and add it in the bowl. Mix it well till the chocolate is melted. Beat eggs in another bowl and add corn syrup, salt, sugar, vanilla and mix it. Add a small amount of chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and gather it properly to mix. Spread the mixture in the pastry pan and remember to preheat your oven at 350 degrees. Put the pastry pan in oven and wait for 25 to 35 minutes. After 25 to 35 minutes take out the pastry pan and serve it with the ice cream to make it more delicious!

First of all take 1 cup butter melted.
-          Cocoa powder 1 cup – Unsweetened
-          Granulated sugar – 1 cup
-          ½ tsp. salt
-          Firmly packed dark brown sugar – 1 ¼ cups
-          Eggs – 4
-          Flour for all purposes – 1 ¼ cups
-          Semi-sweet chocolate chips – 6 –oz. bags
-          Chopped nuts – 1 cup

You need to preheat oven at 350 degree. Lubricate baking pan and put it aside. Take a large bowl and mix butter and cocoa powder. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt. Mix it properly. Now, add eggs one by one. Next step is adding flour and mix it well. You need to add chopped nuts and chocolate chips now. Take your baking pan and spread the batter equally in it. Start your oven and bake it at 350 degrees for half hour. After 30 minutes, your delicious brownie is ready! If you like you can add vanilla ice cream on it to make it more delightful. Your homemade brownie is ready to serve!
