Delicious recipe for how to make pasta at home



It is very difficult to find someone who doesn’t like pasta! To make pasta at home follow some simple steps. Everyone hates to go outside every time when they want to eat it. Get the recipe of pasta and try it at your home.

First of all gather all the ingredients for pasta including:
-          6 Oz whole wheat pasta
-          Olive oil – 2 teaspoon
-          Minced garlic cloves – 2
-          Small broccoli flowerets – 1 ½ cup
-          Diced zucchini – 1 ¼ cup
-          Diced medium bell pepper – 1
-          Sliced fresh mushrooms – 1 cup
-          Halved cherry tomatoes – 1 ½ cup
-          Oregano – ½ teaspoon
-          Basil – ¼ teaspoon
-          Shredded low fat mozzarella cheese – ¾ cup

Take a nonstick pan while pasta is cooking. Add olive oil and when it is hot add garlic cloves; broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, and cook till the vegetables become softer.  Now, add mushroom, tomatoes, oregano and basil. Reduce heat at medium - low and cook for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Toss the cheese on it and serve your homemade delicious pasta!
