Weight loss has become a fashion when there is any occasion or marriage or any family function. To look good people follow diet plans and lose weight. However, sometimes your diet plan fails due to some reasons.  After following diet plan very sincerely for one or two months your bad habits of eating starts again. In this situation your diet plan fails and there are several reasons due to which it causes. Let’s understand the top reasons for diet plan failure.

1.       Something is missing:  We never think for long term effects when following diet plan. 21% people think not to follow diet plan after two months only. While some other people lose weight and again increase more than that. The reason behind that is not having a spirit of losing weight. It decreases with time and again people start eating anything.
2.       Calorie is the main: In majority diet plans calorie in and calorie out is the main thing and in that plan nutrition deficiency cause. Due to that metabolism decreases. Following diet plan again and again causes your body to lose weight slowly and also it gains calorie slowly. Due to that fat deposition rises. When you follow diet plan several times to reduce weight and gain weight your body reacts and it may cause different disease. So it is very necessary to include calorie and nutrition both in your diet plan. Prepare it very carefully. Never forget that carbohydrates, vitamins, protein, minerals, water, and sleeping enough is required to be healthy.
3.       Not possible to lose weight by taking medicines: Nowadays people use different techniques to reduce weight. Some use medicines while some do fasts to reduce it. If you lose weight with these techniques then it is not long lasting. Medicines weaken your intestines and due to that you will face gas problem and indigestion issues. If you make the diet plan which you can follow regularly then for sure it will be advantageous.
4.       Exercising is the best: Exercise for at least 30 minutes in a day. Weather it is morning time or evening never exercise after eating. If you don’t get time to exercise then do it 4 to 5 days in week for 20-20 minutes. Exercise helps you to maintain your weight and keeps you fit and healthy.
